BODYBUILDING

Evaluation will be based on muscularity, condition, symmetry, shape, and presentation. Competitors are expected to have the highest level of muscularity across all divisions while also maintaining a natural appearance. Condition should display a defined six-pack, separation in shoulders, arms, quads, hamstrings, and glutes, with visible cross striations where possible. The physique should be well-proportioned, with upper body development (chest, shoulders, arms, and back) matching lower body development (glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves), and left side matching right side, as well as front development matching back development.

CLASSSIC PHYSIQUE

Competitors are assessed based on their symmetry, shape, presentation, muscularity, and condition. They are expected to have a level of muscularity and conditioning that is similar to that of a Bodybuilding competitor, although slightly less extreme. Regarding condition, competitors should showcase a well-defined six-pack, clear separation in the shoulders, arms, quads, and hamstrings. Their physique should display balanced development throughout, with the upper body (chest, shoulders, arms, and back) matching the lower body (glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves). Additionally, the left side of the body should mirror the right side, and the front development should align with the back development.

Divisions

MENS PHYSIQUE 
 
Judged on muscularity, symmetry, condition, presentation and muscularity. Competitors should look fit and athletic, be lean enough to show a full six pack, there should be separation in shoulders, arms, and legs, the beginners of striations are acceptable but should not be at the level of a bodybuilder.

Competitors in each divisions will be split into classes based on numbers of participants to allow to compete against competitors of similar muscularity
 
One round only, competitors will do an individual stage walk then be compared via 4x quarter turns, judged in shorts to just above the knee.

MENS FITNESS 
 
The least muscular of the Men’s Categories with a focus on general balance between the upper and lower body while preserving an athlete image.
​
Lean condition that allows for 6 packs abs, capped shoulders, and back definition, but not exactly the same as Men’s Physique or Bodybuilding.
 
Men’s Fitness models should be well-groomed athletic models with a bright grin. The stand posturing, transitions, self-confidence, and overall presentation are all part of this.
